It’s JKM Special Training at Bowen Road, where fitness meets innovation! This unique training session combines slope interval workouts with dynamic bodyweight exercises, designed to elevate your fitness levels and challenge your strength and endurance.

Only registered Movers can reserve a spot for the event.

Show the QR code to Core Movers to check-in when you attend the event.
